這遊戲的目的是為了讓人紓解心中的苦悶和壓力，所以不算是個任務型、為了某種目標而破關的遊戲。但是也可以藉由此相互比較創造力(?!)。
背景是在一個白天看起來溫馨又漂亮，但其實晚上內部陰森、又充滿了腐屍臭味的破舊小醫院。只可惜，大家都被它華麗的外表給欺騙了，殊不知進去之後....可能再也出不來了。這家醫院的醫生，個個都是醫學院第一名畢業的品性兼優好醫生，待人和藹可親，家境又非常清白，所以富有同理心，因此在醫病人的時候，都非常的用心與細心。
